“Bill is a second generation real estate owner, broker, and auctioneer and has served his community as a first responder with the Putnam County Rescue Squad for over 20 years. He was one of the first emergency personnel on scene when the terrible EF4 tornado hit and devastated the Baxter/Cookeville area. He dedicated significant time and energy and resources to aid, comfort, and assist the injured and displaced victims recover from the storm damage,” said Nora Sullivan Miller, business consultant for United Country Real Estate.
Hallcomb’s office has been running successfully for decades. He took over the business from his father, Paul Hallcomb, in 2000, but said he “grew up United” and has been involved in the business since he was a young man.
