Cookeville, TN – On August 10, 2020, it was reported that Joshua Austin Rowan of Cookeville was found deceased from multiple gunshot wounds inside his apartment on 1971 North Dixie Avenue. The Cookeville Police Department began investigating the shooting which subsequently led to the arrest of two persons charged with First Degree Murder. Arrested in connection with the crime are 22-year old Calvin Reeves III of Cookeville and a 14-year old juvenile, not being named at this time. Mr. Reeves was taken to the Putnam County Jail and is being held on $3,000, 000 bond while the juvenile is being held without bond in juvenile detention.
