Davis Joins PCSS as Communications Supervisor

Press release

Cookeville, TN, Friday, January 22, 2021 —
PCSS is pleased to announce that Hannah Davis will be joining the district as Communications Supervisor.

As the district continues to grow, Director of Schools Corby King along with the members of the PCSS Board of Education see the need for a dedicated liaison for the school system. King said, “I’m excited to have Hannah join us and take the lead in sharing the many great things that happen in our schools. Previously communication duties were shared among a number of leaders at the district level as needed to respond when issues arose, but we had no one dedicated to spotlighting the positives.”

Davis brings with her ten years of experience as the Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at CRMC. She is a graduate of Leadership Putnam and was recognized as one of Cookeville’s 20 under 40 Leaders by the Herald-Citizen 385 Magazine in 2018. She also serves as a Chamber Ambassador and CityScape board member.

“I am excited to join the team at the Putnam County School System,” said Davis. ” Our district is blessed with a fantastic school system that is growing and facing new challenges. I love engaging with people and believe in raising up the upcoming generation. To merge that with my passion for communication strategy and public relations is a win for me. I am honored to join the team at the Board of Education.”
