Putnam County Mayor Randy Porter and Cookeville Mayor Ricky Shelton proclaim Thursday, May 6, 2021, as National Day of Prayer for Cookeville and Putnam County.
The theme for this the 70th year is 2 Corinthians 3:17, “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” Prayers will be led by local citizens for specific areas of our community and its leaders.
