Food Fight Against Hunger Music Festival To Benefit Local Non-Profits

From press release:

COOKEVILLE – Hip Cookeville is proud to promote a rock music festival called Food Fight Against Hunger on Father’s Day, June 20. We are inviting those far and wide to join us at Red Silo Brewing Company for a seven-band line up benefit show to help provide support to those suffering in need in Putnam County.

The show is to benefit both 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations Cookeville Human Fund and Independence Again’s homeless outreach program Recovery Kitchen. These organizations provide resources and solutions to both our unsheltered community and to those in a short-term critical bind which may lead to homelessness.

“This show will enrich your life while enriching the lives of others. The line-up will rock your socks off and will provide critical funding for these organizations that accomplish amazing things with no tax dollars,” said Hip Cookeville Founder Blair Dudley.

Enjoy live music performances from Jacob Roper, Jordan Anderson, Freeman Hindman, Raymund McConley, Shugga Momma, Sleep Nation and Naughty Input from 3 p.m. to 9:35 p.m.

The music driven benefit Food Fight For Hunger is sponsored by Asylum Radio Network, Hip Cookeville, MECCA Music Fest and Hip Ctv, with participating vendor The Pizza Machine.
