Welcome to the Weekend! It’s hard to believe that this is the last weekend of October 2021! Saturday, October 30, the Town of Byrdstown will be hosting “Dale Holloween” at the Byrdstown Activities Park across from Town Hall. That will begin at 4PM with a Chili Cook-Off to benefit Pickett Co. Relay for Life. There will be plenty of Trunks to gather Treats from, Costume Contest and a movie – “Hocus Pocus” sponsored by Brown Funeral Chapel at 6:30PM. They will also be giving away tickets to a Tennessee Tech football game – you must be present to win. You can find more details here. It’s supposed to be cool and damp, so be prepared.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to Michael and Cindy Shaver on joining the Chamber. Their business Michael Shaver Plumbing & Septic Pumping, LLC is here to serve you! Give them a call if you need their services at (615) 670-1788 or visit their website – www.
