Welcome to the Weekend! It’s time change weekend! Be sure to set those clocks back on Sunday if they don’t automatically fix themselves. Next Thursday is Veterans Day. We are so thankful for the service of these brave men and women. Many offices, including ours, will be closed next Thursday in observance. With that said, next Thursday was to be our regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meeting. It has been rescheduled to Wednesday at 11AM here at the Welcome Center.
Tuesday, November 9 the Pickett County Health Department will be giving free flu shots from 8:00AM-4:30PM at their office across from Pickett County K-8. If you would like to purchase advance tickets to the GNT Production of “Aladdin and His Wonderful Magic Lamp” you may do so at the Welcome Center during regular business hours. They also have auditions for the Christmas Spectacular coming up THIS WEEKEND! with the performances being December 11 & 12.
