Four Wildcats finished in double-figures for Livingston Academy in their 63-61 overtime win over DeKalb County on Tuesday.
The game was close throughout, starting with LA holding a slim 19-17 lead at the end of the first. Both offenses struggled in the second, with DeKalb County cutting the lead down to one at 25-24 at the break.
DeKalb took the lead in the third and held a one-point lead heading into the fourth, but Livingston stayed step-for-step and tied the game at the end of regulation.
In overtime, the Wildcats held off DeKalb just enough to close out the 63-61 victory.
Hayden Ledbetter led the way with 15 points, while Brodey Coffee added 14. Wyatt Hargis scored 13 points and Daniel Bilbrey scored 12.
DeKalb County was led by Conner Close’s 17 points, and Elishah Ramos scored 15 points.
Livingston will be back on the court on Friday when they take on Cumberland County, while DeKalb County will play Macon County.
