Day two of the Frank’s Shootout at White County High School in Sparta is underway with the girls and boys semifinal games taking place in the evening.
Girls’ Semifinal 1: Bearden Wins Back-and-Forth Contest With York Institute, 54-50
The York Institute Dragonettes were led by 15 points by Emma Pile and 11 from Raylee Werner. York will play at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday against the loser of Oakland/White County.
Girls’ Semifinal 2: White County Pulls Away For 73-44 Victory Over Oakland
The Warriorettes will face Bearden in tomorrow’s Frank’s Shootout championship game at 7:30 p.m.
Boys’ Semifinal 1: Jaren Davis Pours In 28 As Cookeville Defeats Soddy Daisy, 63-45
The Cavaliers will play in Saturday’s championship game against the winner of White County and Bledsoe County.
Boys’ Semifinal 2: White County defeats Bledsoe County, 58-51
The Warriors will face Cookeville on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. in the Frank’s Shootout championship.
