The Gordonsville Tigerettes extended their winning streak to 13 games as they defeated their rivals to the north at Smith County, 16-0.
Gordonsville took advantage of 8 Lady Owl errors en route to 11 runs through the first two innings. Senior Kailey Plumlee led the way at the dish as she went 2-4 with 5 RBIs. Callie Dillard earned the victory in the circle as she struck out 3 batters while surrendering only 1 hit in 3 innings of work.
Up next for Gordonsville is a trip to Watertown on Thursday at 5 p.m. while Smith County is scheduled to play at York Institute at 4:30 p.m.
