BREAKING: Clarkrange’s Lamar Rogers Stepping Down As Head Girls Basketball Coach After 50 Seasons

Tennessee’s winningest high school basketball coach is stepping down after 50 seasons as Clarkrange head girls coach Lamar Rogers handed in his resignation Thursday morning. Rogers confirmed the move to Upper Cumberland Reporter and the Fentress Courier Today.

Rogers finishes with an all-time record of 1,364-350, good for third all-time in the nation. Rogers won 8 state championships and had 55 players earn college scholarships.
