PHOTOS from Monday’s White County at Cookeville volleyball match. The Lady Cavaliers defended their home court via a sweep of the Warriorettes by scores of 25-12, 25-19 and 25-17. Baylor Davidson led Cookeville with 7 kills while Jaden Hunt had 5 aces. Anistyn Craig led the Lady Cavs with with 17 digs while Sofia Bottoms recorded 16 assists in the District 7-3A win.
Cookeville improves to 9-3 overall and 5-0 in district action while White County falls to 2-2 in league play. Both teams are back in action tonight as Cookeville hosts LaVergne while White County travels to Lebanon.
