Girls

1.Upperman (18-4, 3-1)

Upperman retains the top spot in the UC top 5 this week despite falling to #3 Stone Memorial earlier in the week. District 7-3A play is shaping up for an exciting finish as Upperman defeated White County head to head, White County defeated Stone Memorial and Stone Memorial defeated Upperman. The Lady Bees are scheduled to face The King’s Academy, Warren County and White County this week.

2. White County (22-3, 3-1)

The Warriorettes defeated Livingston and Smith County last week and are scheduled to play at York Institute and host Upperman this week.

3. Stone Memorial (18-3, 3-1)

Stone Memorial defeated Upperman and Cumberland County last week and is set to play at York Institute and Livingston this week.

4. York Institute (18-3, 4-0)

The Dragonettes defeated Monterey and Cookeville for a perfect 2-0 run last week. York’s schedule gets no easier this week as they host White County and Stone Memorial on Monday and Tuesday followed by a trip to Smith County on Friday.

5. Cookeville (18-3, 3-1)

Cookeville suffered a pair of setbacks this week as they lost to Coffee County and York Institute. The Lady Cavs face Lincoln County and Shelbyville in district action this week.

Boys

1.Upperman (18-5, 4-0)

The Bees won at Stone Memorial and fell to Independence last week and face the TN Heat, Warren County and White County this week.

2. Pickett County (21-2, 4-0)

Pickett County won a top-3 clash with Jackson County last Tuesday and is scheduled to play Clarkrange and Red Boiling Springs this week.

3. Jackson County (18-4, 4-1)

Jackson County fell at Pickett County last week before getting back in the win column against Clarkrange. The Blue Devils are scheduled to face Pearl Cohn, Red Boiling Springs and Clay County this week.

4. Stone Memorial (12-7, 3-1)

The Panther split a pair of district games last week as they fell to Upperman before defeating Cumberland County. The Panthers are scheduled to play at York Institute and Livingston this week.

5. Cumberland County (16-6, 3-2)

Cumberland County defeated Livingston and fell to Stone Memorial last week. The Jets are scheduled to host Coalfield on Monday.
