Santa may have already flipped the switch to kick off the City of Cookeville’s Christmas in the Park festivities during a tree-lighting ceremony on Dec. 4, but plenty of holiday magic awaits throughout the holiday season at Dogwood Park in Cookeville.
Five times per night through Jan. 2, a dazzling 15-minute lightshow synchronized to music will command the attention of parkgoers as they gather around the 40-foot-tall tree.
The lightshow begins every hour on the hour between 5 and 9 p.m. In between shows, tree lights will continue to glow, creating a festive atmosphere in the park until 10 p.m.
