ONE WINNER: Winner chosen will win Two (2) Gift Baskets valued at $75 each from Salon 22/7, One (1) Dozen Roses valued at $25 from Flowers & Things, One (1) Gift Card valued at $30 from Olive Garden, One (1) Tumbler valued at $25 from Vanity Cups, One (1) Gift Card valued at $25 from Napa of Cookeville and One (1) Gift Card valued at $20 from Mealfit.

Eligibility: To win, you must be a legal resident of the Upper Cumberland Region in Tennessee. No employee of Upper Cumberland Reporter, their affiliated companies, his or her spouse, or immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each shall be eligible to win. Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to, parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. Additionally, Upper Cumberland Reporter reserves the right to disqualify any other person from participation in the contest where such participation would, in the sole opinion of the company, compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the contest or company. No Person shall be eligible to win any contest conducted by Upper Cumberland Reporter more than one time in any 60 day period.
No responsibility is assumed by Upper Cumberland Reporter, their respective subsidiaries, parents, partners or other providers for lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.
MISCELLANEOUS:
1) The winners consent to the use of their name, likeness and/or voice without further compensation for the Company’s advertising, public relations and promotions purpose. By entering the contest, the winner gives the Company full rights in perpetuity to distribute their name, likeness and/or voice, in any edited, distorted or altered form executed by the Company, on the internet and social media, without any further compensation.
2) Company accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage due, in whole or in part, to the awarding, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or from participation in the Contest.
3) Prize is non transferable and non assignable. Prize can not be substituted for cash value. Company’s decision with regard to all matters relating to the contest, including those matters not specifically addressed in these rules, shall be final. Prize not claimed in accordance with theses rules will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
4) Winners will be notified via FACEBOOK LIVE and Facebook message no later than February 14, 2017 @ 6p.m.
