We would also like to take an opportunity to say “THANK YOU” to VEC and those participating in the VECustomers Share Program.

VECustomers Share Grant
On May 6, 2019 the Byrdstown-Pickett Co. Chamber of Commerce received a $1,400.00 VECustomers Share Grant for a project to upgrade the display and storage areas of the Welcome Center. This will greatly help in the ability to better showcase the area’s history by allowing better usage of the area and creating a uniform display area and improved utilization of storage space of materials for public distribution.

VEC is a great partner to the area thru its VECustomers Share Grant Program that provides funding for various area projects and organizations. Many times, only thru the VECustomers Share Grant can some of the community projects be accomplished.
We at the Welcome Center and Chamber of Commerce hold in high regards and commend VEC for its community outreach programs and are truly appreciative of their efforts.

Sincerely,

Billy K. Robbins, Executive Director of the Byrdstown-Pickett Co. Chamber of Commerce
