Former Cookeville Police Officer Allowed Peaceful Contact With Wife

COOKEVILLE, TN — A former Cookeville Police Officer who was taken into custody last December in White County for assaulting his wife by using his work issued taser on her and striking her. 

 

Kyle Farley’s bond was modified on Thursday, July 11,by Judge Gary McKenzie to allow Farley to have peaceful contact with Farley’s wife.  Allegedly, a plea deal was reached on by Farley’s legal team with prosecutors to get Farley a possibility to serve probation. 

 

A decision will not be made until August when the next court date for Farley will be held.
