Cookeville TN – WCTE is excited to announce that the WCTE Lobby Gallery will be hosting a new Artists’ Reception and Open House for the incoming artists for September and October.

Make plans to join us Friday, September 20th from 5-7 pm at 229 E. Broad St. Cookeville, TN. The exhibit includes the works of Jack Loeb of Smithville, TN. He is known for using bold colors and expressive brushstrokes to convey a sense of joy and excitement in his paintings. He is a retired educator with over 37 years of experience teaching elementary through college level art. Louis and Christine Colombrarini have worked together as ceramic artists for over 40 years and have successfully explored many avenues of clay technique.

“We are so excited to have this display. The brilliant colors in Jack’s paintings and the texture and shapes of Louis and Christine’s ceramics are something to behold. I certainly hope everyone will take the opportunity to come and see this exhibit while it is here.” said Paula Walker, Development Assistant WCTE. The artists will be here Friday night, the 20th from 5-7 to meet and greet the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
