Synergy Mind & Body Studio will hold Community Classes and an Open House event on Sunday, December 1, with all donations going to God’s Grace FoodPantry.
On Synergy’s monthly Community Day, class attendees pay what they can, with 100% of the donations going to a specified charitable organization. On December 1, Synergy instructors will teach a ‘Pilates home practice tips’ session at 2:00 p.m., followed by a ‘yoga home practice tips’ session at 3:00 p.m. Synergy community classes are open to the public and are completely donation-based.
God’s Grace Food Pantry is operated by First United Methodist Church of Cookeville. Seeking to serve and care for the immediate needs of their neighbors, God’s Grace Food Pantry provides healthy food choices and promotes the value of
nutrition and self-sufficiency. Their goal is to offer food for physical hunger and generous portions of kindness and grace to feed spiritual and emotional hungers.
The Pantry also provides information to recipients about other local resources to assist them in achieving self-sufficiency. They serve over 275 families per week, totaling around 3,000 people per month. For more information on God’s Grace Food Pantry, visit CookevilleFUMC.org.
From 4:00-6:00 p.m. on December 1, the studio will host an Open House event featuring yoga, Pilates, and MFR demos, sips, snacks, and sale prices on logo wear, goddess pants, grip socks, pottery gifts, goat milk soaps, essential oils, and
class packages & gift cards. Attendees can also register for a Synergy gift basket and take part in a festive nail bar.
