The Cookeville Cavaliers improved to 5-2 during the 2021 baseball season with a 7-4 win over Oak Ridge on Friday.
Connor Holmes got the win, allowing four runs on four hits while adding nine strikeouts and one walk in four innings of work. Colby Phillips earned the save with six strikeouts in three innings.
