On Friday, March 26, 2021, Ofc. Brandon Bean attempted to stop a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed on Wall St. The motorcycle came to a stop in front of 139 E Wall St and the driver fled on foot.
After a short foot pursuit, Ofc. Bean was able to take the driver, identified as Bobby Harville, into custody. Harville was found to be in possession of approximately three (3) grams of Methamphetamine and a syringe.
A search of Harville’s name showed that his driver’s license was revoked in 2006. Harville was charged with Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device, Driving on Revoked license, Violation of Financial Responsibility Law, Driving an Unregistered Vehicle, Evading on Foot, Reckless Endangerment, and Possession of Methamphetamine.
