LA Basketball Falls Against Trousdale

The Livingston Academy Wildcats lost to Trousdale County on Wednesday night 59-45.

 The Wildcats outscored Trousdale in the first half 28-29 but the second half prevailed for the Yellow Jackets as they outscored Livingston 31-16.

“We got outplayed,” said LA head coach Jimmy Miller. “We have got to show up to games and show up to play to win, and I don’t feel like we did that tonight.”

Scoring for the Wildcats, sophomore Wyatt Hargis led with 14 points, sophomore Brodey Coffee had 11 points, senior Hayden Ledbetter and senior Dawson Simmons each had 8 points, and sophomore Daniel Bilbrey had 4 points.

Scoring for the Yellow Jackets, senior Garrett Reiger had 23 points, senior Andrew Ford had 15 points, junior Brayden Gooch had 6 points, senior Keenan Burnley had 5 points, senior Tyler Dixon had 4 points, and senior Kane Burnley and senior Thomas Brown each had 3 points.
