The Gordonsville Tigerettes picked up another District 8-1A victory on Thursday as they outscored Jo Byrns 20-0 in 3 innings.
Junior pitcher Callie Dillard earned the victory in the circle with 3 strikeouts, 0 hits and 0 walks in 2 innings of work. Dillard helped herself offensively by going 3-3 with 2 home runs and 7 RBIs. Kat Johnson, Laken Roberts, Laura Thompson and Makenzie Herron each hit a double in the win.
Gordonsville improves to 13-6 overall and 3-1 in district play. Up next for Gordonsville is the Middle Tennessee Classic on Friday and Saturday in Gallatin.
