Candlelight Vigil of Remembrance and Hope

On Sunday, November 22, 2015, MADD Upper Cumberland and the 13th Judicial District Attorney General’s Office will hold our 23rd annual Candlelight Vigil of Remembrance and Hope. The program will be held at the Wesley Arena Theatre located at 271 E 9th Street in Cookeville. The event is scheduled to begin at 300pm CST.
This is an event for victims of drunk driving and murder victims. Injury and bereaved victims of impaired driving crashes and family members of homicide victims will gather to pay tribute to lives changed or lost in sudden tragic circumstances.
Participants are urged to bring a framed photo of their lived one to be displayed during the program.
This event is open to all of the community and we urge any law enforcement and emergency services personnel that are able to attend to come in uniform.
