A candlelight vigil will be held on August 31, 2019 in honor of International Overdose Awareness Day. The event will be held at the Putnam County Courthouse, located on the square in Cookeville. The anti-drug coalition, Power of Putnam, will be hosting the event from 7-8 p.m.
