Leisure Services fall softball registration open
COOKEVILLE – Softball is back.
Registration for Cookeville Leisure Services’ fall adult softball leagues continues through July 24.
“I know a lot of teams are looking forward to playing this fall after the spring season was cancelled, and we are excited to have them back,” Bonnie Graham, Leisure Services athletic superintendent, said.
Men’s league teams will play Monday evenings beginning Aug. 3, and co-ed recreation league teams will play Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning Aug. 4 at Cane Creek SportsPlex, 2200 W. Jackson St. Players must be at least 18 years old.
A coaches meeting is scheduled for July 31 at 6 p.m. at Cane Creek SportsPlex.
