The White County Warriors clinched their spot in the Frank’s Christmas Shootout Championship with their 88-47 win over McMinn Central on Tuesday night.
The Warriors got off to a hot start in the opening quarter, as they took a 27-13 lead into the second thanks to six points apiece from Jakeb Davis, Tomas Paul and Thomas Brock.
In the second, White County added onto the lead with a 22-14 advantage in the second, leading to a 49-27 lead at the halftime break.
The Warriors had one more scoring burst with 29 points in the third quarter, and they cruised to the 88-47 victory from there.
