Week 5 of the UC Top 5 features White County and Macon County holding down the top two while Jackson County enters for the first time at #5. The UC Top 5 is unveiled each week during the regular season during the UCR Football Show Presented by Fire & Vine on Wednesdays.

1. White County (4-0)

The White County Warriors maintain the top spot in the UC Top 5 following their 27-1o win at Tullahoma. The Warriors host Livingston Academy in Region 4-4A play this week.

2. Macon County (4-0)

Macon County won at Trousdale County last week, 36-10, and travels to DeKalb County in Region 4-4A play this Friday on UCR3.

3. Upperman (3-1)

Upperman climbs to #3 following a 21-0 victory over Stone Memorial last week in Region 4-4A play. The Bees travel to non-region foe Beech this Friday.

4. Gordonsville (3-1)

Gordonsville fell at Liberty Creek last week 32-19 and hosts Cannon County this Friday in Region 4-2A action.

5. Jackson County (4-0)

The Jackson County Blue Devils enter the UC Top 5 this week following their 56-6 win at Red Boiling Springs last week. The Blue Devils host Region 4-2A foe Smith County on Friday in Gainesboro.
